ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been successfully received.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Processing time is separate from the carrier's shipping and delivery time.

SHIPPING

Available shipping methods, shipping costs, and estimated delivery times are displayed during checkout.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information when tracking is available.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the shipping carrier, destination, weather, holidays, and other circumstances outside our control.

ORDER TRACKING

After your order ships, please allow the carrier time to scan and update the tracking information.

If your tracking information has not updated or your package appears delayed, please contact us.

ACCURATE SHIPPING INFORMATION

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If an order is returned because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be shipped again.

LOST, DAMAGED, OR MISDELIVERED PACKAGES
